Licensing Agreement
The Bridge Model
This Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the date of purchase ("Effective Date") by and between the Licensor, Jason La Mar Yates of Apostolic World Empowerment, Intl., and the Licensee, the purchasing individual or organization.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the "The Bridge Model" for internal training, development, and execution purposes, according to the terms below.
2. LICENSE TYPES
A. Individual License
Grants access to one person for personal ministry use. May not be shared, reproduced, or distributed beyond the individual purchaser.
B. Team License (Up to 10 Users)
Grants access for use by up to ten (10) individuals within the same organization. May be reproduced internally for ten (10) individuals only and not distributed externally.
C. Organizational License (Up to 25 Users)
Grants full access to all licensed materials for unlimited use within one ministry, church, or organization. May be used across departments for training and digital implementation within the scope of the organization.
3. USAGE RIGHTS
Licensee may:
- Use all templates, guides, checklists, and training materials for internal operations.
- Print, duplicate, and edit templates for in-house development.
- Train volunteers, leaders, and staff using the materials.
Licensee may not:
- Sell, sublicense, or distribute any portion of the Toolkit to third parties.
- Upload or share content publicly (e.g., websites, social media, online libraries).
- Modify materials and present them as original intellectual property without attribution.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, including written content, designs, frameworks, templates, and teaching scripts remain the sole intellectual property of the Licensor. No transfer of ownership is expressed or implied through this license.
5. TERM & TERMINATION
This license is perpetual unless violated. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of rights and may result in legal action.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Licensor is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse. All tools are provided "as-is" for educational and training purposes.
7. BRANDING & ATTRIBUTION
If Licensee chooses to publicly refer to or quote the materials:
- Attribution must be given as:
- "The Bridge Model by Jason La Mar Yates of Apostolic World Empowerment, Intl."
8. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By purchasing and accessing the course, the Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions listed above.
