Tier 2: Strategic Partner
- Commission: 20% on deals up to $50K, 25% on contracts above $50K

- Commission: 25% on all closed contracts
- Support: Direct coaching from Jason, representation as “AWE Business Development Partner,” priority access to high-profile requests
